Fourth of July Outfit Inspiration

I love the fourth of July and the celebrating of our independence marked by patriotic displays, sales, and outdoor activities. Even though it may be difficult to feel patriotic this year with everything going on in our country, the Fourth of July is this week and we should (to the extent that we can) celebrate our independence.   –And our outfits should help express our spirit for the day.

I typically enjoy the day at the beach with my family, hosting or attending a barbecue, and waiting for the fireworks (which will have to wait another year -thank you COVID-19).  Though I appreciate the patriotic spirit, I do not like to dress literally for it. You will not find me in a stars and stripes outfit or any kind of tee shirt or pant decorated with an American flag on it (sorry it’s just not how I roll).    I will, however, incorporate red, white, blue, and sophisticated stripes into my look for a cool and fashionable Fourth of July outfit.

Below I have put together Fourth of July outfits for you to shop and find inspiration from. I hope you have a stylish, fun, and safe Fourth of July!
