Once again, I had the privilege to work as a backstage dresser for New York’s Fashion Week SS17. It is always a great learning experience from a styling and artistic perspective. As I can’t speak about the designers I freelanced for, all I can say is that spring/summer 2017 is full of vibrant colors and silhouettes are voluminous. I would describe many of the looks as feminine, romantic, and bohemian-chic. –super exciting!!
Here I am ready to start my day. Please note that the all black is mandatory for working backstage at the shows (except for footwear –hence the red trainers). My pants and top are by Vince and my trainers are by Tod’s.
